Purpose of the association
The Herbert Willi Society International is dedicated to making the music of the Austrian composer Herbert Willi known internationally, to documenting his work and to promoting performances of it. Beyond its musical commitment, the association understands its mission as a contribution to international understanding and to peace. Its activity is not directed at profit.

In selling the book, Herbert Willi exploits a work of his own. No trade licence is required for this; the Austrian Trade Act 1994 excludes literary and artistic activity from its scope. Details of a trade, the competent trade authority and chamber membership under section 5(1)(4) to (6) of the Austrian E-Commerce Act therefore do not apply, nor does a reference to professional rules — there are none.
Orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions and the withdrawal instructions linked in the ordering process.
Dispute resolution: the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so a reference to it is omitted. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
